Equity & Access

Equity and access in the arts are crucial for thriving communities. MACS collaborates equitably with professional emerging and mid-career movement artists of all races, ethnicities, abilities, genders, classes, cultures, sexual orientations, and ages.

Innovation

The arts are an economic engine in Boston, contributing over $2 billion to our economy in a normal year, while also attracting talent, innovation, and industry in all areas to our city.

Community

MACS is a key part of that equation, providing a critical service to movement artists, enriching its neighborhood, and drawing artists from afar who wish to engage with our community.
